Description
My goal is to provide a multidisciplinary approach to the management of chronic pain in order to increase functionality and decrease discomfort. I strive to have patients take an active role in their care plan, and together we will formulate an individualized therapy regimen utilizing a combination of exercises and other physical therapy modalities, medications, interventional procedures, and cognitive therapies. I plan to work with patients to develop a care plan that avoids dependence on medicine or the need for surgery. I rarely see an indication for surgical intervention in the management of chronic pain.
