Growing up in a third world country, I was a "frequent flier" to the hospital and I developed a passion for medicine at a young age. I have always wanted to take care of those who are vulnerable. When I first saw my attending provider help a young woman bring a little girl into the world, that is when I knew I wanted to be an OBGYN. I chose MercyOne because of the core values of the organization. Reverence, compassion, excellence, integrity and justice are values that align with my beliefs.
